About the Role:

Marco Polo Laundry Inc is looking for a reliable and energetic Delivery Driver to join our team in San Jose, CA! This is a great opportunity to be the face of our brand, delivering fresh, clean laundry directly to our valued customers with a smile. Responsibilities:

Pick up and deliver laundry orders to residential and commercial customers throughout the San Jose area

Load and unload laundry bags, bundles, and garments safely and efficiently

Maintain accurate delivery logs and confirm order completions

Communicate with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status and ETAs

Inspect vehicle before and after shifts and report any maintenance needs

Ensure all items are handled with care to prevent damage or loss

Provide friendly, professional customer-facing service at every stop

Requirements:

Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record

Prior delivery driver or courier experience preferred

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift

Strong time management and route navigation skills

Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated work ethic

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Familiarity with the San Jose area and surrounding neighborhoods is a plus
