About the Role:

Medical Arts Pharmacy in Monroe, CT is looking for a reliable and friendly Delivery Driver to join our team! This is a great opportunity to play a vital role in our patients' lives by ensuring their medications and healthcare products arrive safely and on time. Responsibilities:

Safely deliver prescription medications and pharmacy products to patients' homes and facilities

Handle and transport medications with care, maintaining proper packaging and confidentiality

Collect signatures, co-payments, and other required documentation upon delivery

Communicate courteously and professionally with patients and customers at each stop

Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to ensure timely service

Maintain accurate delivery logs and report any issues to pharmacy staff

Keep the delivery vehicle clean, organized, and in good working condition

Requirements:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Reliable, punctual, and highly dependable

Ability to handle sensitive patient information with discretion and HIPAA awareness

Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills

Ability to lift and carry packages of moderate weight

Prior delivery or customer-facing experience is a plus
