A National Distributor of quality automotive aftermarket parts, supplies, chemicals and equipment, has a full time opening for a Delivery Driver/Warehouse position based in Scottsdale, AZ. Candidate is eligible for a comprehensive benefits package which includes 401 (K), Medical, Dental. Life and Vision Plans. Paid Vacation, Sick and Holidays are also included.

The primary duty of the Driver is to operate a van and deliver stock orders to our customers. In addition to making routine deliveries, this person will assist all customers in a professional, courteous, reliable, and responsive manner by identifying customer needs and providing assistance. This position represents our company every day. A positive attitude and attention to detail are essential qualities that each Driver must have.

Responsibilities include:

Deliver a scheduled sales route to customers, efficiently and accurately (average 10-15 stops per day).

Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner.

Check in orders for accuracy at each customer location.

Unpack all stock orders and maintain neat, professional appearance of products at each customer location.

Report to management any concerns, complaints or special requests.

Keep track of invoices and file them promptly after the end of each route.

Collect payments as needed.

Will be required to keep regular maintenance of the company vehicle.

May be asked to assemble shelves, assemble racks, or reorganize customer inventories.

Warehouse operation assistance, including stocking product, pulling orders, and certain administrative/computer functions.

Qualifications:

Must be at least 21 years of age

Must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record

General computer knowledge

Must be able to lift 50+ pounds and climb stairs

Must be able to follow instructions

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

This position may require up to 700 miles of driving per week. Candidates must be comfortable driving for long periods of time.
