Minuteman Press in Norfolk is looking for a dependable and professional Delivery Driver / Shop Assistant to join our growing team.

About the Role: You will be the face of our company while out on deliveries, so professionalism is a must. This position involves delivering finished print jobs and promotional items to customers, picking up supplies, and assisting in the Bindery and other departments of the shop as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver jobs to customers in a timely and professional manner

Pick up supplies and materials from vendors

Assist in the Bindery with cutting, folding, packaging, and finishing work

Help maintain a clean, efficient, and organized work environment

Support production and customer service teams with additional tasks as needed

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Neat, well-groomed appearance and excellent verbal communication

Friendly, respectful, and customer-focused attitude

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move around the shop comfortably

Punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented

Prior delivery or print shop experience is a plus, but not required
