Warehouse Yard Associate/Delivery Driver

Atlantic Staffing Consultants is seeking a dependable, hardworking Warehouse Yard Associate/Delivery Driver for a client in the Raleigh, NC area. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a well-established company offering a supportive team environment and long-term career potential.

The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, is comfortable with physical work, and can balance multiple responsibilities, including local deliveries, customer assistance, and warehouse operations. The candidate must have a valid NC driver's license with a clean driving record.

Schedule & Pay

• Pay: $18-20/hour, based on experience

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

• Rotating Saturdays: Every other Saturday, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

• Employment Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire

• Location: Raleigh, NC

Job Responsibilities

• Operate a company pickup truck for local deliveries.

• Train to operate a small flatbed truck as needed.

• Pull, prepare, and organize customer orders.

• Assist customers with loading materials and fulfilling orders.

• Receive, stock, and organize inventory in the warehouse and yard.

• Package and prepare orders for UPS shipping.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

• Assist with additional warehouse and yard duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required.

• Ability to lift and move materials weighing 50+ lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Previous warehouse, yard, delivery, or building materials experience preferred.

• Comfortable working in open-air warehouses and varying weather conditions.

• Strong customer service skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

• Dependable, organized, and able to multitask in a busy environment.

• Must meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screening.
