What You'll Do: Delivery Driver Responsibilities

As a Delivery Driver with Gamma Chain Inc., you'll start and end each day at our warehouse located at DVA3, 181 Centreport Pkwy, Fredericksburg, VA. From there, you'll head out on your delivery route and bring packages directly to customers in our community.

• Report to the warehouse each morning for route assignment and vehicle loadout
• Safely operate a branded delivery van with a safety-first mindset at all times
• Follow your navigated delivery route, making stops at residential and commercial locations
• Load and unload your delivery vehicle, handling packages with care throughout your route
• Frequently exit the vehicle, walk, climb stairs, and lift packages up to 50 lbs. as part of an active, physical workday
• Use a company-provided handheld device for navigation and to manage delivery progress
• Interact with customers and the public in a professional, positive manner
• Return to the warehouse at the end of your shift and complete end-of-day procedures

Schedule : Work 4 days per week, up to 10 hours per day, with shifts available across the week including weekends.

Delivery Driver Requirements – Non CDL

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must have a valid driver's license within the state of employment (Non CDL driver's license is acceptable)
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation
• Must be available to work at least one weekend day per week
• Must consent to a pre-employment drug test
• Maintain a safe driving record and adhere to all applicable traffic laws
