Silver Bridge Coffee Company – Full-Time

Silver Bridge Coffee Company is a family-owned, woman-led coffee roaster seeking a dependable, hard-working team member to join us full-time as a Delivery Driver & Production Associate. Start pay $16-17 based on experience.

This is a hybrid role: 2–3 days per week will be delivery routes, and the remaining days will be spent working on our production floor at our roasting facility.

🚛 Delivery Responsibilities

Deliver coffee to grocery stores and wholesale partners

Navigate back docks and receiving areas of grocery stores

Safely load and unload product

Maintain accurate invoices and delivery records

Represent Silver Bridge Coffee professionally at all times

Delivery Schedule:

Tuesday: 4:30 AM start

Thursday: 5:30 AM start

Every other Monday: 5:00 AM start

Applicants must be comfortable with early mornings.

☕ Production Responsibilities

On non-delivery days, you will work at our roasting facility assisting with:

Packaging and labeling coffee

Order fulfillment

Inventory organization

Cleaning and maintaining a food-safe workspace

Assisting with general production needs

Requirements

Clean driving record (required)

Valid driver’s license

Ability to lift 50+ lbs

Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods

Reliable transportation

Strong attention to detail

Punctual and dependable

Comfortable navigating grocery store back docks and warehouse environments

Willingness to jump between tasks in a fast-paced small business setting
