Job Description

As a Delivery Driver, you will play a critical role in ensuring packages are delivered safely and on time while maintaining a high standard of customer service. This is a fast-paced, physically active role that requires attention to detail, safety, and teamwork.

We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities with consistent scheduling and growth potential.

Work Schedule

- Typical shifts are 8–10 hours per day
- Flexible scheduling available (including weekends)
- Approximate shift window is between: 10:30 AM – 9:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

- Safely operate a delivery vehicle in compliance with all traffic laws and company policies
- Load, transport, and deliver packages efficiently and accurately
- Use a handheld device for routing, navigation, and delivery confirmation
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism
- Follow all safety protocols and report incidents as required
- Work independently while also being part of a team environment
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any issues

Qualifications

Basic Requirements

- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Valid Non-Provisional driver’s license (no CDL required)
- Eligible to work in the United States

- Must pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening(which does not include pre-employment testing for marijuana)
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening (as applicable)
- Strong attendance and reliability

Physical Requirements

- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working in various weather conditions

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous delivery or driving experience (Amazon, FedEx, UPS, etc.)
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
