About the Role:

THERAP-EASE INC is looking for a reliable and compassionate Delivery Driver to join our team in Plymouth, MA! In this role, you'll play a vital part in improving patients' lives by ensuring essential medical equipment is delivered safely and on time. If you take pride in providing excellent service and making a real difference in your community, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Safely load, transport, and deliver medical equipment to patients' homes, clinics, and healthcare facilities

Set up and demonstrate proper use of delivered medical equipment to patients and caregivers

Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance

Maintain accurate delivery logs, manifests, and patient documentation

Pick up and process returned or exchanged medical equipment

Communicate professionally with patients, families, and healthcare staff

Follow all HIPAA guidelines and company protocols for patient privacy and safety

Requirements:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Prior delivery, logistics, or medical equipment experience preferred

Ability to lift and carry up to 100 lbs. and handle large medical equipment

Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills

Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented work ethic

Ability to navigate routes efficiently using GPS and mapping tools

Compassionate and professional demeanor when interacting with patients
