    OPEN ROLE: ONBOARDING SPECIALIST 

     

    DELIVERY DRIVERS, INC. (DDI) IS THE LEADING COMPANY WHEN IT COMES TO LAST-MILE-LABOR AND THE GIG ECONOMY. WE ARE GROWING AND SCALING RAPIDLY AND ARE LOOKING FOR AN ONBOARDING SPECIALIST TO JOIN OUR ENTERPRISE TEAM TO HELP ORGANIZE AND ONBOARD OUR EVER EXPANDING 1099 CONTRACT EMPLOYEES

     

    LOCATION: IRVINE, CA (TEMPORARILY REMOTE) OPEN ONLY TO RESIDENTS LOCATED WITHIN DRIVING DISTANCE TO IRVINE. 

     

    ROLE OVERVIEW:

    THE ONBOARDING SPECIALIST IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ENSURING THAT OUR CUSTOMERS RECRUITING AND ONBOARDING REQUESTS ARE MET IN A TIMELY AND EFFICIENT MANNER. THE ROLE IS EXPECTED TO PROVIDE SUPERIOR RECRUITING OUTREACH, SCREENING SUPPORT AND ONBOARDING ASSISTANCE. AS AN ONBOARDING SPECIALIST YOU WILL FOCUS ON MOVING APPLICANTS THROUGH THE PIPELINE INCLUDING TROUBLESHOOTING THE APPLICATION PROCESS, ENROLLMENT DOCUMENTS AND BACKGROUND CHECK SERVICES. THE ONBOARDING SPECIALIST IS THE FIRST POINT OF CONTACT FOR POTENTIAL APPLICANTS AND THEREFORE MUST PROVIDE WORLD CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE IN EVERY INTERACTION TO ENSURE A QUALITY CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE.

    AS AN ONBOARDING SPECIALIST AT DELIVERY DRIVERS INC. YOU WILL SUPPORT AND FOCUS ON GROWING OUR NATIONAL BASE OF DRIVER APPLICANTS. THIS ROLE REQUIRES A RESULTS ORIENTED SELF-STARTER WHO CAN BOTH MAKE DIRECTIONAL DECISIONS BASED ON THE TOOLS PROVIDED. AT DELIVERY DRIVERS INC.  YOU WILL BE EXPECTED TO HIT HIGH RECRUITING REQUESTS ON A WEEKLY CADENCE. THIS IS ACCOMPLISHED BY MANAGING ADVERTISING CAMPAIGNS AND SOURCING APPLICANTS THROUGHOUT OUR PROPRIETARY APPLICANT TRACKING SYSTEM, ENSURING REQUIREMENTS FOR NEW MARKETS ARE DEFINED AND CORRECTLY STRUCTURED, AND SUCCESSFULLY SOURCING THE APPROPRIATE NUMBER OF APPLICANTS TO REACH GOALS.

    TASKS YOU WILL PERFORM!

    ●  ENSURE THAT CANDIDATES ARE QUICKLY PROGRESSING THROUGH THE APPLICANT PIPELINE.

    ●  TACTICALLY WIDEN COMMUNICATION STRATEGIES, SUCH AS 

    (1) ONE ON ONE CALLS WITH CANDIDATES; 

    (2) RESPOND TO AND HELP CANDIDATES THROUGH THE PIPELINE; 

    (3) TACTICALLY RESPOND TO CANDIDATES WHO WRITE INTO SUPPORT WITH QUESTIONS

    ●  MANAGE REQUESTS BY CLIENT  THROUGH ONBOARDING, PIPELINE MANAGEMENT, COMMUNICATION, KEEPING THE PROCESS UP TO DATE WITH OUR PRODUCT AND IMPROVEMENT OF EACH OF THE STEPS.

    ●  ENSURING ALL ASSIGNED REPORTS ARE UPDATED AND ACCURATE

    THE ONBOARDING SPECIALIST WILL BE EXPERIENCE AND EFFICIENCY OBSESSED. YOU HAVE THE ABILITY TO MULTI-TASK AND CAN SWITCH INTO DIFFERENT MODES EASILY. YOU WILL HAVE EXEMPLARY PROBLEM SOLVING SKILLS, ACCURACY AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL, AND EXPERIENCE WITH CUSTOMER SUPPORT

    QUALIFICATIONS: (WHAT SETS YOU APART?!?)

    • YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE IN A FAST-PACED CUSTOMER SERVICE ROLE AND RESILIENT IN AN EVER-CHANGING ENVIRONMENT

    • YOU HAVE EFFECTIVE WRITTEN AND VERBAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS --INCLUDING TOP-NOTCH GRAMMAR, SPELLING, AND THE ABILITY TO WRITE BOTH FORMALLY AND CASUALLY

    • YOU ARE CUSTOMER CENTRIC AND YOU LOVE HELPING PEOPLE

    • STRONG ABILITY TO MULTITASK, PRIORITIZE AND MEET DEADLINES

    • STRONG ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS AND THE ABILITY TO SET AND EXCEED PROFESSIONAL & PERSONAL GOALS

    • ABILITY TO TALK ON THE PHONE WITH PROPER ETIQUETTE
