As a Window and Door Delivery and Service Coordinator, you will be managing 8-10 top vendor accounts and supporting 25+ service warranty issues a month. You will have the opportunity not only to grow your communication and organizational skills but also to help develop a service warranty management system that provides clients with the best customer service experience. You will also assist with 25+ deliveries per month by lifting, inspecting, documenting, and managing window and door shipments on the jobsite and at the warehouse. BENEFITS: • Health Insurance (medical coverage for full-time employees) • 401(k) with company match • Paid Time Off: 5 days PTO per year • Company holidays off (paid after 2 years of employment) • Professional development opportunities • Friendly, supportive, and fast-paced team environment Responsibilities: ESSENTIAL DUTIES: • Report directly to the Customer Experience Officer, who will provide weekly coaching • Manage and coordinate 25+ warranty service issues a month • Assist and coordinate 25+ deliveries and warehousing a month • The first week will be to thoroughly understand the Company, culture, sales practices and procedures, and ideal client base to understand the importance of your role in a successful window and door buying experience • Introduced to (and eventually thoroughly comprehended) 8-10 vendors' software service portals, assembly parts diagrams, and warranty service terms of sale • Assist in understanding manufacturing production and delivery timelines, shipping and trucking capabilities, our delivery coordination management system, product inspection and documentation, and post-delivery review and follow-up • Understand how to read acknowledgements and packing slips, vendor service portals, vendor's warranty service systems, and services carried out by Designer Window Supply • At the 2-week mark, you will have completed training and will maintain CRM Service Hub, Google Calendar, and literacy in assisting with Delivery and Warehouse Reporting • As an integral member of the sales success team, you will aid in perfecting the plan and future growth and improvement of the business • By the 3-month mark, you will be consistently reporting, managing, and efficiently operating warranty service claims with Designer Window Supply technology, resources, and personnel on a day-to-day and weekly basis. You will also be assisting in delivery and warehouse support • By 6 months, you will be expected to operate autonomously and begin to collaborate with management on strategy - analyze, recommend, and develop improvements and efficiencies to the warranty service system Qualifications: KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE NEEDED: To be successful in this position, you will need to be a quick learner, coachable, and self-driven to continually improve your knowledge. You will be expected to enact daily accountability via follow-up and follow-through. Most importantly, you will have a genuine interest in helping clients with a positive and proactive attitude. An ideal candidate for this position must be able to stay organized with lots of data, multi-task, and effectively manage their time with multi-step tasks of customer-facing follow-up. We are looking for an individual who is highly personable, process-driven, and detail-oriented problem solver. REQUIRED: • 2 years of service or sales experience • Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs • Valid Driver’s license, valid automobile insurance, and a clean driving record • Minimum Education: College Degree • Intermediate level in MS Office, Google Suite, Gmail, and CRM systems Compensation: $25 hourly
