Baumgartner's is hiring a Delivery & Warehouse Team Member at our Auxvasse store and delivery hub — and we run Monday through Friday, daytime hours. The exception? Maybe 3–4 Saturdays a year, when it's all hands on deck. That's it — and we'll be straight with you about it, because that's how we do business.

What your day actually looks like: You won't be standing at a conveyor belt. You'll ride with a partner, deliver furniture to homes across mid-Missouri, and be the last face our customers see — the person who turns a purchase into a great experience. Every day is a different route, different homes, different people. Back at the warehouse, you'll load, prep, and inspect merchandise so every delivery goes out right.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver furniture and mattresses to customer homes on routes across mid-Missouri
• Load, unload, prepare, and inspect merchandise
• Operate a delivery vehicle (we'll help you get your Missouri Class E license if you don't have one)
• Resolve delivery issues and take care of customer concerns on the spot
• Regularly lift 50+ lbs and team-lift heavier pieces with your partner

What we're looking for:

• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• A strong sense of customer service — you're the face of our company in someone's home
• Problem-solving and communication skills
• Reliability. Our customers are counting on you, and so is your delivery partner.
