About the Role:

J & A Delivery Inc is looking for a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our growing team in Bloomington, CA! This is a great opportunity to hit the road, work independently, and play a key role in getting packages and goods where they need to go. Responsibilities:

Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport and deliver packages

Load and unload cargo, ensuring items are secured and handled with care

Follow optimized delivery routes efficiently and on schedule

Obtain signatures and confirm deliveries using delivery tracking systems or apps

Provide friendly, professional customer service at each delivery stop

Inspect vehicle before and after shifts and report any maintenance issues

Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation

Requirements:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Minimum 2 yrs driving experience

21 and older

Ability to pass preemployment drug test and physical

Ability to lift and carry up to 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the shift

Strong time management skills and ability to meet delivery deadlines

Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated work ethic

Basic smartphone navigation skills (Google Maps, route apps, etc.)

Prior delivery or driving experience preferred but not required
