BACHELORS DEGREE IN ENGINEERING OR ASSOCIATES DEGREE WITH GOOD EXPERIENCE ABLE TO DRIVE HANDS ON QUALITY PROCESSES AND IMPROVEMENT ABLE TO COACH OTHERS ON HOW TO USE DATA, CONTAINMENT, SUPPLIER/CUSTOMER QUALITY ISSUES.
