POSITION: CLERICAL SUPPORT COORDINATOR (REMOTE)
CLIENT: LEADING MEDIA AND ENTERTAINMENT INDUSTRY
LOCATION: BURBANK CA 91505
PAY RATE: $18 /HR ON W2
DURATION: 3 – MONTHS CONTRACT
RESPONSIBILITY:
This position is to support the Music Production team. This position is primarily administrative; responsibilities include but are not limited to updating Excel spreadsheets, organizing, and maintaining start paperwork for musicians and singers, researching union claims, and other various projects as assigned. Our ideal candidate is extremely detail oriented, comfortable working in Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and is interested in the music/entertainment industry!
REQUIREMENTS:
· 1-3 years clerical or admin experience
· MS Office; Should be well versed in Adobe Sign and Excel
