    Job Description

    Required Function 1:

    The Intern-Service Desk Analyst is responsible for providing a high level of customer service to company IT users who are experiencing technical issues or who need IT services. This individual should have entry-level engineering skills in laptop, tablet, desktop, wireless, mobile devices, system access, basic security and printer technologies.

    Technical/Functional Skills:

    Part-Time, 15-20 hours per week only!

    Additional Job Requirement 1:

    Bilingual - French or Spanish a plus.

    Additional Job Requirement 10:

    Assisting the IT Service Desk Analysts with daily tickets. Should possess knowledge of active directory, exchange, virus remediation, be a quick learner and able to work on their own.
