    POSITION: RECRUITER

    LOCATION: TAMPA, FL 33619 UNITED STATES

    DURATION: 3 MONTHS TEMP

    SHIFT: 8AM TO 5PM

     

    JOB DESCRIPTION:

     

    Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, hiring and onboarding candidates for assigned positions throughout the company with a primary focus on manufacturing operators & skilled technicians in various departments as well as a secondary focus on technical sourcing for engineering client groups.

    EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:

     

    Bachelor’s degree required 7+ years prior experience in a recruiting role in corporate HR or Agency

    5+ years’ experience handling full life cycle recruiting, manufacturing preferred Experience handling high volume of job placements Intermediate to advanced level in Microsoft Office suite including strong Excel skills Ability to effectively and efficiently prioritize and multi-task Organizational skills are a priority.

    Strong oral and written communications skills (listening, speaking) required Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities

    Ability to assess people during interviews and screenings and determine appropriate fit for the job(s) sought by the applicant Ability to speak and listen effectively to follow instructions in English.

    Ability to write and speak complete sentences and understand verbal and written instructions in English RESPONSIBILITIES: ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    FULL-CYCLE RECRUITMENT

    • Asses staffing needs of assigned client groups and develop a plan for identifying qualified candidates in shortest amount of time.

    • Partner with hiring managers regularly to scope job role criteria and candidate profiles in conjunction with available job descriptions.

    • Proactively source and recruit potential candidates by researching niche job boards, internet sites, trade/technical schools, & local community partnerships. Use of social media and job boards, sourcing and passive recruiting.

    • Screen resumes conduct phone screens to ensure candidates meet position criteria/experience/skillsets, schedule onsite interviews, and coordinate debrief sessions with hiring managers, and extend verbal offers to selected candidates in conjunction w/ site approval process.

    • Notify candidates of non-selection and close out communications Data & Process Management

    • Maintain detailed tracking of all sourcing, recruiting, hiring, follow-up activities in Microsoft Teams.

    • Assist with creation/implementation of ATS; maintain and update data in ATS

    • Partner with site HR Team on all staffing needs and processes to ensure recruitment compliance and local offer approvals.

    • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
