JOB TITLE: PRODUCT MANAGER

DURATION: 1 YEAR CONTRACT

LOCATION: LOS ANGELES, CA 90064

Duties summarised:

• Run/facilitate internal team rituals:
• For multiple teams (mostly scrum)
• and planning / integration activities (SoS) at team of teams level
• also leadership syncs. They have agendas, run smoothly, facilitated, driven towards their outcomes, outputs captured in our artifacts, risks/blockers captured, provided viz. on and mitigated Run/facilitate activities with main customers teams
• Quarterly planning and review sessions with main customers
• Make sure all customer inputs captured, run through our prioritisation processes, placed in backlog / roadmaps
• Providing progress visibility to our stakeholders using info radiators
• Possible working agreement revisits with the customer/stakeholders Team continuous improvement
• Run and act upon retros to fine tune the work system, tools and artifacts
