Deloitte looking for a Senior Graphic Designer. As a Senior Designer you will work with the additional Senior Graphic Designer, Senior Design Manger, and Creative team to deliver exciting experiences that pushes the brand forward and drives business. You must possess a strong knowledge and passion of graphic design, demonstrate strong typography and layout skills with a can-do mentality, as well as be willing to learn new programs and processes.
Direct Responsibilities:
Work with the other senior graphic designers on the ideation and execution of projects
Oversee design production projects, from conception to delivery
Design original pieces, including social media, site assets, email, and in-store print materials
Creating deliverables such as mockups, prototypes, animations, and illustrations
Working with project managers and writers to create final deliverables
Gathering and incorporating feedback from stakeholders
Participating in gathering and analyzing user data to inform design
Partnering with vendors to ensure consistency and usability standards
Presenting and explaining design concepts to team members and stakeholders
Monitoring feedback and analytics to recommend and prioritize iterative improvements
Collaborating within the team and other departments to leverage and share ideas and recommendations to apply broadly across multiple channels
Actively participates in team meetings to discuss assignment parameters
With Project Management team, ensures that internal deadlines, timetables and approval procedures are adhered to for assigned project phases
Manages and prioritizes work effectively, and proactively escalates conflicts with workload
Job Requirements:
College graphic design degree with 6+ Years professional experience in Graphic Design, with expertise -or extensive experience-- in the digital and ecommerce fields.
Ability to create unique design elements and experiences with strong typography and layout hierarchy skills
Proficient in the latest Mac software and Adobe Suite
Knowledge of Figma
Motion experience is a plus
Impressive wide-ranging portfolio (omni-channel approach a plus) Demonstrated creative and innovative problem solving
Experience with working closely with UX, e-commerce and Integrated Marketing teams.
Understanding of digital and social media strategies
Strong knowledge of creative and production workflows for cross functional projects, including print, digital and social media.
