Key Responsibilities:
Essential Duties:
Assist in managing, prioritizing, escalating, and resolving internal support requests.
Perform all basic administrative task including account maintenance, reports, and dashboards, Flows and Process Builders
Work on completing the regular internal system audits and database maintenance
Manage Salesforce security protocols including roles, profiles, sharing rules and permission sets.
Help with training other users and grow salesforce admin skill set across organization
Responsible for maintaining data integrity across the platform
Build a regular audit process to active/deactivate users to be within salesforce licensing limits.
Assist in data import/export/updates and system customization

o Self-motivated and directed; able to take initiative with projects.
o Expertise in database management, data analysis, and reporting
o Familiarity with SaaS and cloud-based services
o Experience with Salesforce, preferred
o Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Qualifications:
o Bachelor’s degree in Business or Information Technology or equivalent experience required.
o 1+ Years of Salesforce Administration experience
o Salesforce Certified Administrator credentials preferred, desire to pursue certification
o A customer-centric approach to all internal and external interactions
o Full understanding of how the Salesforce platform operates effectively
o Experience with Agile development methodologies
o Excellent Analytical and problem-solving skills
o Ability to stay abreast of, and willingness to learn, new Salesforce features and options (i.e. products, plug-ins, etc.)
o Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
o Results oriented with the ability to consistently meet deadlines
o Demonstrated ability to gather and organize technical or project requirements for implementation of new workflows and processes.
Work Conditions:
o No physical effort beyond that typically required in a normal office environment. Requires flexible time schedule. Potential for tight deadlines or time periods of high workload might require additional hours. Regular and reliable attendance is required. The noise level in the work environment is usually minimal. Primarily sedentary work with regular exposure to a VDT screen. Travel to offices in Virginia will be required, up to 25% of time.
