Delta Hi-Tech/Delta Fabrication/ Delta Medical is an AS9100/ISO13485 certified World Class Manufacturer with a very large CNC Machine/Sheet Metal Fabrication shops (4 buildings) located in Chatsworth, CA. We have been in business for over 30 years, have over 250 employees and over 160 CNC Machines from 3 axis to 13 axis capabilities. JOB SUMMARY: We are looking for an experienced, passionate and motivated Sales Executive/Account Manager to join our Sales Team. Candidates with prior knowledge of machining and/or sheet metal fabrication in the Aerospace, Medical, Defense or Commercial Industries are preferred, however, Non- Manufacturing Sales Executives with a proven track record of meeting and/or exceeding sales goals are highly encouraged to apply as well. The Sales Executive will have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong negotiating skills, and the ability to showcase our services in a compelling way.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Report to management team • Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities • Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories offered • Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities • Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects • Build and maintain professional networks • Report to sales manager about goals, sales, and prospects • Handle client complaints or concerns • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information. • Conduct face-to-faces discovery and sales meetings • Research accounts to determine which ones require maintenance

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS: • 1+ years of sales experience • Proven record of successful deals closed • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success • Good time-management skills • Excellent written, communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills • Personal integrity • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results • Fast learner and quick thinker • Passionate about sales • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree a plus • Proficiency in MS Office suite
