Customer Service Representative/Administrative Assistant
Job Description
We are in need of a full-time Customer Service Representative in our Paso Robles, CA location.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Set up new customers and necessary paperwork for customer files
· Enter customer sales and receipts
· Post payments and reconcile daily cash on hand
· Dispatch Drivers
· Answer phones, take orders for fuel deliveries and service work
· Accounts receivables/collections
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
· High School Diploma or Equivalent
· 3 to 4 Years of Accounts Payable or General Accounting Experience
· Advanced Computers Skills (Including Excellent Excel Skills)
· Excellent Written and Verbal Communications Skills
· Strong Organizational Skills and Must be Detail Oriented
