    Delta Research has an immediate need for Battle Management, Command, Control, and Communication (BMC3) analysts to support the development of critical new U.S and International missile defense system capabilities.

    Education Requirements : Bachelor's Degree in any Engineering, Math, Physics, Computer Science or other similar scientific field.

    Security Clearance Requirements : Ability to obtain a security clearance is required.

    Experience Requirements : 3+ years of experience in defense related BMC3/Interoperability.

    Anticipated Salary Range : Dependent on experience

    Background : In support of the Missile Defense Agency (MDA), the U.S. Army, and other government/industry partners, Delta Research executes some of the most technically challenging jobs in the Defense Industry. Examples include new technology assessments, system requirements development, high fidelity system modeling, ground and flight test planning and test and operational system performance assessments - all for some of the most advanced U.S. and International missile defense systems in the world today.     Position Description : We need analysts who understand how defense system BMC3 systems work, how interoperability between different defense systems is accomplished, and how to capture, process, and assess the data required to determine if these systems are accomplishing their mission. Experience and capabilities in the following areas is a plus: BMC3 requirements development and assessment, BMC3 battle management logic/ruleset implementation, track filtering (e.g. Kalman filtering) and error analysis - to include data fusion from multiple sensor sources, sensor and interceptor command and control processes, and system communications and interoperability - to include Link 16 and Joint Range Extension (JRE) (i.e. MIL-STD-6016 and MIL-STD-3011). The ability to develop computer-based BMC3 models/simulations and capture, process, and assessment interface/interoperability data is a definite plus as well.
