    Title: Engineering Manager

    Job Description:

    The Engineering Manager will be responsible for overseeing projects, implementing advanced manufacturing methods, and working with robotics. This role requires extensive experience in the manufacturing industry, strong project management skills, and a deep understanding of CAD design. The Engineering Manager will design, develop, and test electrical equipment and systems, ensuring compliance with electrical codes and standards.

    Responsibilities:

    • Project Management: Lead and manage manufacturing projects from inception to completion. Ensure timely delivery, adherence to budget, and maintenance of high-quality standards.
    • Robotics: Oversee the use of robotic systems in the manufacturing process, including programming, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
    • CAD Design: Utilize CAD software to design and optimize manufacturing processes and systems. Collaborate with design teams to ensure the manufacturability of new products.
    • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions. Implement new manufacturing methods to enhance efficiency and product quality.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including design, production, and quality control to ensure seamless production processes.
    • Design: Develop electrical and mechanical products and systems to meet customer requirements. Conduct design reviews to ensure system conformance and safety.
    • Testing: Perform detailed calculations to establish manufacturing, construction, and installation standards and specifications.
    • Maintenance: Inspect installations and observe operations to ensure compliance with design and equipment specifications and safety standards.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
    • Extensive experience in project management and manufacturing engineering.
    • Strong knowledge of CAD software and design principles.
    • Proven experience working with robotics in a manufacturing setting.
    • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
    • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
    • CNC mechanical background preferred.
    • In-depth knowledge of electrical manufacturing processes.
    • Understanding of electrical engineering codes and safety standards.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Associate's degree in Mechanical Design.
    • 10 years’ experience in fixture or mechanical design.
    • 10 years’ experience with Autodesk Inventor software.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
    • Working knowledge of the internet.
