Job Description

DeltaTrak has an immediate opening for a IS/IT Manager.  This position will lead and develop DeltaTrak’s Information Systems Department.  In this role, the selected individual will play a key role in the development and maintenance of the company wide IS systems and the integration/application of processes to improve the operational effectiveness of the company.

The IS/IT manager will review existing capabilities/resources and aggressively develop system-based solutions that will enhance our abilities to collect, analyze, and react to data inputs.  This position will also be responsible for developing and training end users with the skills/knowledge with the goal of integrating technology into their jobs.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and drive continuous improvement activities.
• Develop capabilities/processes/knowledge as it relates to the ERP system (Macola) with an emphasis on purchasing, order processing, accounting, quality, warehouse, manufacturing and invoicing. Review, develop and enhance Company’s ERP capabilities.
• Make recommendation and develop project plans/ROI related to IS infrastructure/applications to include both current and future needs
• Develop and maintain KPI’s related to areas of responsibility
• Manage and develop reports to meet our needs using queries and SQL
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Develop and implement procedures, processes and training for end users of the ERP system. 
• Other duties and projects as assigned

Qualifications

Qualifications;

The qualified individual will have the following skill set:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Must have at least 5+ years working in an ERP system such as Macola
• 5+ years of increasing management experience with an Information Systems Department
• Ability to effectively communicate, persuade and collaborate with all levels of the organization
• Be able to assess and adapt to a sense of urgency and adjust priorities accordingly
• SQL database management and report writing required. 
• Advanced skill set in MS Excel – with the ability to run queries
• Extensive knowledge of ERP systems preferably in Macola
• Must be able to adapt to the fast-paced high work load environment.
