Job Description

DeltaTrak as an immediate opening for an experienced Production Assembler Electronics person.  The duties and responsibilities are:

• Provides support to he manufacturing depsrtment
• verify all equipment/instruments used are in working condition prior to starting the job each day.
• perform diagnostics of the electronic loggers as  outlined in the production process procedures for the Flasklink, CT Data loggers and Telematic products as established in the company ISO system
• Perform testing of the electronic loggers as outlines in the Production Process Procedures for the Flasklink, CT Data loggers and Telematic products as established in the company ISO system
• Perform assembly of the electronic loggers as outlined in the Flasklink, CT Data loggers and Telematic products as established in the company ISO system
• Create Excel spreadsheets for data reporting purpose
• Ensure production quantities are met.
• Ensure workmanship and product quality meet company standards.
• Complete travelers/production orders as product flows through the production process.

• All other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager

Qualifications

The qualification and requirements for this position are:

• Must have a high school diploma or GED
• Must have at least 1 year of production background with some knowledge of electronic assembly
• ability to identify components
• must have at least 1 year of soldering experience
• intermediate level of computer skills
• excellent Excel skills
• ability to life 35 pounds
• Sit, stand while performing assignments
• basic math skills
• great hand eye coordination
• ability to read work orders and assemble products based on the work orders
