JOB DESCRIPTION

DeltaTrak has an immediate need for Field Applications Support and Diagnostic Tech to provide first rate technical service to customers. 

Duties include:

• Provides technical support to Sales at customer sites to answer any technical questions during field trials or installations
• Travel to customers locations and conduct IQ/OQ, conduct site survey and system installation, install systems, conduct training sessions, correct technical problems and provide feed back to R&D group fort eh purpose of product or software improvements
• Provide pro-active telephone support to ColdTrak, BLE, RTL and Telematics customers after the sale.
• Act as the link between R&D and Sales to identify new application requirements, and provide training to the sales, technical support and end users.
• Manage and set up wireless system customer accounts
• Generate reports according to customer's requirements
• Perform technical support duties as required by supervisor when not engaged in sales technical support duties
• Perform other duties and projects as required by management.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have a min. of 3-5 years of field technician experience in the electronic product industry is required.
• Mush have strong working knowledge of computers and current software programs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Great customer service skills
• Working knowledge of PC systems and software installation.
• Organizational and follow up skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
