JOB DESCRIPTION

DeltaTrak has an immediate opening for an experienced and professional Sr. QA Manager working from our Modesto CA office. This position will provide the Organization (both domestic, and international) with the required leadership / expertise to maximize the operational capabilities of the Quality Team.  The qualified candidate must possess a strong, independent work ethic, and an unrelenting commitment to continuous improvement.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Develop / maintain KPI’s, and qualitative data/metrics with which to drive continuous improvement
• Implement / manage an effective Corrective Action / Root Cause Analysis process, with the goal of improving Customer satisfaction, and reducing internal costs associated with poor quality
• Lead / mentor a Team of Quality professionals across multi-disciplines / facilities
• Oversee the management of the Customer Technical Support group
• Partner with internal Dept’s to identify / implement industry best practices
• Develop Tier 1 / 2 suppliers to align with overall quality objectives
• Maintain internal / external compliance programs in support of Company, and product specific initiatives
• Other duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

DeltaTrak is looking for a self-motivated, enthusiastic, energetic individual with great communication skills to join our fast-paced team.  We are looking for an individual with the following qualifications:

• A BS degree , with a min. of 3 years in a Sr. Quality role
• Demonstrated expertise in the areas of data management / analytical tools
• Experience in an electronic assembly contract manufacturing environment (ideal)
• Superior verbal and written communication skills a must
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards
