5+ years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting Deltek Costpoint in a functional consulting role.
Strong experience configuring and supporting Costpoint modules such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR)
Experience with back-end Costpoint configuration, including system administration, security roles, workflows, organization structures, approval routing, user setup, and application parameter configuration.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications and Costpoint configuration solutions.
Perform system setup, configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), defect resolution, and support for Costpoint implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, data migration, interface validation, and customizations using Deltek best practices.
Support production environments by troubleshooting functional issues, performing root cause analysis, and coordinating resolution with business and technical stakeholders.
Develop user documentation, training materials, and conduct end-user training to support successful system adoption.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with experience leading workshops, managing cross-functional teams, and delivering multiple full lifecycle Costpoint implementations.
