Our Client is an Authorized Dealer of AT&T.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

In this position, you will be handling wireless, internet, and television appointments and retail customer inquiries inside of a Retail setting.  This is NOT a call center or remote position.  You will provide information about wireless, internet, and television products and services.  You will also troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns, document and update customer records based on interactions as well as develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, sales, or other related fields.
• Must be responsible 
• Must be positive and professional
• Ability to build professional relationships with customers. 
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be coachable 
• Strong work ethic
