    Reports to: Director of Marketing

    Purpose of the Role:

    The Demand Gen / BDR Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving North American lead generation initiatives, combining strategic planning with hands-on execution.

    The role is tri-fold:

    Lead and support various digital inbound and outbound marketing campaigns.

    Execute weekly warm and cold calling outreach to North American contacts with the goal of setting qualified sales meetings.

    Provide strategic insight and operational support for generating leads across both strategic and day-to-day execution levels.

    Technical Skills Required:

    3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a proven track record of generating new business leads in North America.

    3–5 years of Salesforce experience.

    3–5 years experience creating lists in LinkedIn Navigator.

    3–5 years of direct B2B cold and warm lead generation phone calling.

    3–5 years running email campaigns in Pardot, including single, multi-touch, and automated drip campaigns.

    Experience planning and leading inbound and outbound digital campaigns across Facebook, LinkedIn, and other third-party digital lead generation platforms.

    3–5 years of experience executing marketing best practices across websites, digital campaigns, and other lead generation channels.

    Behavioral Skills Required:

    A “Lead Gen Lover” who wants to own lead generation from go-to-market strategy to execution and reporting.

    A team player with a positive attitude and high work ethic.

    Thick skin and the ability to handle client “no’s” or internal feedback proactively.

    Solution- and results-oriented.

    Comfortable stepping outside of comfort zones, learning new skills, and supporting team members outside of marketing when needed.

    Job Responsibilities:

    Work directly with the Head of Marketing (US) to strategically plan and execute annual B2B lead generation and brand awareness campaigns for North and South America.

    Execute 30+ weekly cold and warm lead generation phone calls to North American B2B contacts.

    Manage digital platforms for North American lead gen and brand awareness campaigns (email, social, Salesforce/Pardot, etc.).

    Collaborate with India-based marketing team members, assisting in their growth while promoting positive global team communications.

    Scrape and manually create targeted outbound campaign lists using ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Navigator, etc.

    Deliver weekly and monthly reports on all lead generation activities.

    Think strategically for planning and communications while executing with a hands-on approach.

    Work independently and participate in weekly calls outside of normal business hours.

    Bonus:

    Content creation skills (design or writing) are a plus.
