Qualifications
- 2 to 3-years experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or performance marketing.
- Hands-on experience with:
- LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Google Ads (Search, Display, Retargeting)
- Email marketing automation (HubSpot and Apollo)
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency and familiarity with dashboards (e.g., HubSpot).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communicator with ability to collaborate across teams.
- Growth mindset and willingness to learn new tools and techniques.
Success Metrics
- Increased MQL volume and quality through paid channels.
- Improved ROI on acquisition campaigns (CPL, pipeline influenced).
- Consistent execution of campaigns on time and within budget.
- Demonstrated growth in ownership, moving from tactical execution to strategic contribution within 12–18 months.

Currently, Campfire is working remotely with the exception of bi-weekly in office time. We are only focused on candidates based in the Southeast Michigan area at this time.
