Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience
- 2–3 years experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or performance marketing.
- Hands-on experience with:
- HubSpot (required)
- Apollo or similar outbound automation tools
- 6sense or similar intent/data platforms
- LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Google Ads (Search, Display, Retargeting)
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, including building dashboards (HubSpot preferred).
- Demonstrated success with A/B testing email campaigns and optimizing toward meeting creation or conversion metrics.
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
- Growth mindset with a strong desire to learn new tools and expand marketing expertise.
Success Metrics
- Increased MQL volume, quality, and conversion.
- Improved ROI across paid and email acquisition channels (CPL, pipeline influence).
- On-time, on-budget execution of campaigns.
- Demonstrated progression from tactical execution to strategic contribution.
Additional Information
Currently, Campfire is working remotely with the exception of bi-weekly in office time.
Location:
- Ann Arbor, MI or Northern Virginia (Hybrid: In-office Tuesday–Thursday)
