    The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $34 to $38 an hour at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

    Roles and Requirements:

    Responsibilities:

    • Repair and maintain Material Handling Equipment (MHE) including belt tracking, component adjustment/replacement, component lubrication, etc.
    • Perform scheduled maintenance tasks, record documentation, and follow procedures.
    • Utilize electrical test equipment to diagnose electrical circuitry issues.
    • Input work orders into asset management system, including labor hours, equipment maintenance, and parts used.
    • Troubleshoot conveyance problems and determine necessary resources for resolution.
    • Track and locate spare parts from inventory.
    • Perform complex maintenance and equipment testing to ensure compliance with specifications.
    • Assist customers in equipment operation training. Respond to service calls and address equipment failures and faults.
    • Identify and resolve problems as they arise.

    Requirements:

    • High School diploma or equivalent required. Associate’s degree or vocational technical training preferred. Specialized skill training/certification is a plus.
    • Extensive knowledge and 5-7 years of experience in a relevant technical or specialty field.
    • Demonstrated expertise in the assigned area and successful completion of the mentioned tasks.
    • Effective communication skills for customer interactions via email and in-person conversations with onsite customer leadership, Dematic leadership, and technicians.
    • Ability to lead projects, teams, and oversee daily operations and tasks for onsite maintenance team.
    • Capable of lifting and moving materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
    • Regular bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching below the waist and above the head.
    • Occasional pushing and pulling of wheeled dollies loaded with products weighing up to 100 pounds.
    • Able to safely climb ladders and gangways without limitations.
    • Working conditions may include small spaces, dust, fumes/odors, hot/cold temperatures, noise, vibrations, prolonged standing on concrete, and wet or uneven surfaces.
