 POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Correspond with vendors in a professional manner regarding invoice and payment inquiries
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices
• Assist with weekly Accounts Payable payment processing
• Balance the Accounts Payable account against reports each day
• Provide professional assistance to new and existing customers regarding questions related to Accounts Receivable
• Apply customer payments
• Release applicable Accounts Receivable holds on incoming orders
• Take collections actions when necessary
• Complete a mid-year 1099 review
• Assist with the completion of the year-end 1099 process in January

 POSITION REQUIREMENTS 

• A high school diploma or equivalent (required)
• At least two years of Accounts Payable experience
• Effective communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office software
