It has been so successful that clients fly in from all over the world to work with us for 6 to 9 months. If you are up to the challenge, you will work alongside these young men, guiding, educating and empowering them to risk making mistakes, becoming self-reliant, and developing healthy relationships. We need a coach who can use sensitivity balanced by tough love, who can navigate this tricky path of disrupting past behavior while helping the clients to take ownership of their lives. We need a coach who can help them change their circumstances by changing their mindset.
