Job Overview: We are seeking a reliable and experienced Demolition Equipment Operator to join our crew. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience operating heavy machinery in a demolition or construction setting and be capable of working independently and with a team to complete jobs safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate demolition equipment such as excavators, skid steers, loaders, and other machinery as needed

Perform daily safety inspections and basic maintenance on equipment

Work from demolition plans and follow instructions from site supervisors

Assist with site preparation, clean-up, and manual labor as needed

Ensure safety of self, team, and surrounding structures at all times

Transport equipment as needed (if licensed)

Report equipment issues or malfunctions promptly

Qualifications:

1–2 years of experience operating heavy machinery in a construction or demolition environment

Familiarity with demolition safety practices and OSHA standards

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in physically demanding environments

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Valid driver's license required; CDL is a plus

Equipment certifications preferred (but not required)
