Location: Lexington, KY Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 1-3 Years Certification Required: OSHA 10 (minimum)

Demolition Magicians is transforming the demolition industry—one project at a time. We’re currently hiring a reliable and skilled Demolition Equipment Operator to join our Lexington, KY team. This is a hands-on role for someone who can operate machinery safely, manage job site logistics, and work with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate demolition equipment including excavators and skid steers

Perform selective and structural demolition with precision

Handle site logistics, including equipment staging and debris management

Conduct basic equipment maintenance and safety checks

Maintain a clean and organized job site

Collaborate with project managers and crew members to meet deadlines

Required Qualifications:

1–3 years of demolition or construction equipment operation experience

OSHA 10 certification (required)

Strong understanding of demolition safety practices and site coordination

Ability to work independently and troubleshoot on-site challenges

Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work in physically demanding conditions

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience on residential and commercial sites

Ability to read and follow scopes of work or site plans

Strong communication and problem-solving skills
