Denefits is a leading customer financing platform used by customers and businesses across North America. We bring innovative financial solutions to an enormous problem- non-affordability.
Duties:
- Build a strong rapport with customers and manage their relationships with Denefits through the entire client journey, from initial kickoff through Followups and training.
- Be the customers’ go-to person! Provide customers with a superior level of service through multiple support channels
- Understand the client’s business needs and objectives, and ensure alignment to the Denefits solution
- Answer incoming customer phone calls and take appropriate action for each call
- Maintain customer satisfaction ratings based on explicit criteria set forth by the company
- Attend mandatory training sessions to stay updated on product or company policy changes
- Use company policies to determine if there can be an immediate resolution to a customer issue or if that issue requires managerial input
- Input data into the company computer platform to keep each customer record updated
- Research and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Conduct on-boarding and introductory training sessions
- Cold calling and other lead generation techniques
- Establish and maintain a strong network of relationships with key client contacts, sales team members, and internal departments
The Perfect Customer Support Expert:
- We are looking for a strong, customer support-oriented individual with experience in professional services or fee-for-service businesses.
- You have 2+ years of experience in training and customer support
- You exercise sound judgment in business decisions and negotiation while demonstrating effective and professional customer service
- You have exceptional organization and time management skills that couple well with your written and communication skills
- You can do light technical problem solving, engage in consultative dialogue with clients
- You desire to do meaningful work alongside bright, engaged people and work within a collaborative team
- You are flexible and adaptable to change in a fast-paced, start-up company environment
