    THE ROLE

    Are you an experienced and dynamic sales professional motivated to hunt for new business? Do you have a proven track record of employing a consultative sales approach in B2B software sales? Our team is growing, and we’re seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative to generate new revenue through the sales of our social media marketing solutions. 

    The ideal candidate has at least two years of proven consultative sales experience, an intrinsic motivation to do their best work, and a passion for serving professionals in the banking, mortgage, insurance and wealth management industries. 

    RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

    • Master at prospecting for new business using Account-Based sales development strategies 

    • Identify influencers and key decision makers within accounts

    • Effective at educating, qualifying, and following-up with sales-ready opportunities 

    • Develop and manage a robust pipeline of target prospects that align with our ICP

    • Identify pain points and align Denim Social solutions to address them 

    • Intellectually curious and enjoys improving sales techniques 

    • Achieve and exceed SMART quotas and goals 

    • Perform other duties as assigned

     

    QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE

    • Proven Hunter

    • Minimum of 1 year of proven consultative, B2B sales experience prospecting to c-suite, 2-3 years preferred

    • Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

    • Impeccable work ethic 

    • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, G-Suite, MS Office, Zoom, Sales Navigator, and other sales enablement tools

     

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Knowledge in the financial services industry  

    • Experience working with marketing professionals and c-suite executives
