Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, responsible and energetic beauty Salon Manager to oversee the daily operations of our busy upscale South Park salon. As the Salon Manager, you will be responsible for hiring, training, and training and supervising staff, scheduling shifts and promoting our company.

If you are knowledgeable about a wide range of salon services and products, have management experience, and organizational skills, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the salon

Hire, train, and supervise stylists, assistants and front desk staff

Create employee schedules

Order products and maintain inventory

Promote our company on social media and in person events

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in management, business administration, or relevant field is preferred

Previous experience as a salon manager or similar position

Knowledge of salon services, treatments and products

Excellent communication skills and ability to respond to customers’ requests gracefully
