The Denison Golf Club Located in Granville Ohio is currently seeking service minded Club Attendants for our upcoming 2019 season. The Club Attendant position must be flexible in all areas of operations in order to ensure that standards of quality in product and service are maintained. Ideal applicant will be 21 years old due to alcohol sales. Must be able to work weekdays and weekends.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Possesses knowledge of food and beverages served

Collecting payment and operating point of sale system

Balance cash receipts

Performs additional responsibilities, although not detailed, as requested by a manager at any time

Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization for all areas within the golf pro shop and storage areas

A basic understanding of the game of golf and related merchandise.

Ability to think, work, and make decisions to solve guest concerns based on sound judgement.

Required Skills, and Experience:

Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.

Micros POS system experience preferred

Knowledge of proper service etiquette and standards

Ability to work as part of a team.

Basic math skills.

Ability to take direction.

Professional communication skills.

Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure.

Self-motivated, organized, and ability to problem solve.
