The Denison Golf Club, located in Granville, Ohio , is currently seeking Golf Cart Attendants to join our team. The Golf Cart Attendant is responsible for the cart operations by ensuring that standards of quality in product and service are maintained. Ideal candidates will have weekend and holiday availability, able to work 10-12 hours per shift and have a valid drivers license.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform all duties according to the daily procedures set by the golf shop.Prepare all golf carts for day’s play with pencils, scorecards, and sand for bottles.
Maintain cart storage and surrounding area in a neat and organized manner. This would include the front staging area of the golf shop.
Greet members and guests promptly as they arrive.
All play shall be set up immediately, as they arrive. All tee sheet play shall be set up at least one hour ahead of time.
Maintain, clean and stock each cart after completion of play for the next day’s use. While not in use, all carts parked neatly in cart staging area for next usage.
Maintain Golf cart logs daily to include cart usage for the day, as well as condition of the returning cart. This log will be checked to correspond to the tee starters log.
On a weekly basis, each cart shall be filled with fuel for the week.
The practice area shall be the responsibility of the outside operations staff including cart attendants.
Maintain the facility by ensuring balls picked and properly supplied, range picker properly maintained and in good operating condition (always filled with gas), buckets, balls always washed after picking and placed in dispenser, tee area clean and clear of all trash and debris.
Assist the golf staff with all events set by the golf program.
Any other duties assigned by the General Manager to enhance the golf operation.
