Title Banking Business Analyst (AFS) Location Boston, MA (Locals preferred or candidates who are willing to relocate post covid) Duration 1-2 years Job Description AFS Level 3 to AFS Vision (Loan Accounting System Replacement) BA Commercial lending and AFS Level 3Vision experience is a REQUIRED for multiple projects- need someone highly experienced. While knowledge of Agile is a plus, Commercial Banking projects are largely run in waterfall. Candidates must have extensive experience producing associated documentation (e.g. BRDs, FRDs, Traceability Matrix, Scope Document, etc.) Hiring managers are searching for folks that have product and vendor expertise. Candidates must be able to facilitate requirements discussion, while also being lead contributor to end state solution design. Candidate must have experience working on large scale projects in Commercial Banking for 5+ years BAs must be made aware that there is the potential for multiple BAs to be assigned to one project. They must be able to work well together.
