    DESCRIPTION: 

    Customer is transforming to act faster in a rapidly changing world by embracing new technologies and meeting the needs of increasingly digital-savvy customers. The North American Regional Communications Partner will join the forefront of this transformation with our Global Business Services (GBS) Communications Team, focused on primarily supporting our Information Technology (IT) function. Working in GBS, you will provide internal communications to support delivering both global and regional change programs across Customer's broad portfolio of businesses. This role will focus on digital business transformation and supporting internal communications for Customer’s new regional technology organization, IT North America, which launched in 2018 as a new shared-service for Customer businesses. This position will work with the global GBS and North American IT Communications teams, while also building relationships throughout the IT North America organization. The candidate will need to act as a trusted partner to offer internal communications counsel across IT functions, deliver new communications strategies and tactics for major change projects, and manage primary IT communications channels like Workplace by Facebook. KEY OUTPUTS: • Participate with the global Communications Team in assessment, planning, and ongoing support for global and regional change-management initiatives. • Act as primary point of contact and communications lead for our new technology organization in the region • Work with functions, businesses and markets to include initiatives within their communications. • Develop and drive alignment and consistency of defined key messages and tactics. • Provide communications counsel and coaching to functional partners and senior leaders. • Manage and produce content for digital news channels/platforms for internal audiences (e.g., video, email automation, e-newsletters, intranet, internal social media, online surveys, etc.). • Measure, analyze, and report on internal communications metrics to make ongoing improvements to strategies and tools. • Direct, support, and act on listening mechanisms, like pulse surveys and focus groups, to provide ongoing two-way communications and improvement to communications strategies. • Support management of large-scale, internal events like regional town halls and webcasts. • Coordinate and align with Nestlé communications and other networks, including HQ and Market Corporate Communications, Change Management, Human Resources, Capability Building, etc.    REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelor’s Degree preferred (in Journalism, Design, Communications, Marketing or other applicable field) or working experience equivalent • 3-5 years of communications experience, preferably in content marketing, internal communications, change management or journalism. • Advanced knowledge of multimedia storytelling and large-audience communication techniques. • Strong English written and oral. • Communication/marketing agency, corporate communications and/or journalism experience is preferred. • Helpful to have experience with email automation platforms (i.e., Poppulo, Pardot, Dynamic Signal, Constant Contact, etc.) and digital publishing (i.e., SharePoint, WordPress, etc.).
