    Job Description

    ** The Opportunity**

    Denodo is looking for a smart, motivated and dedicated individual to join the North America marketing team. This position will report to the Senior Marketing Manager for Denodo’s Central Region and will support both the Central and East regions of the US. The selected candidate will be responsible for helping to generate and accelerate the pipeline by executing field marketing events and digital programs in support of sales and marketing goals in these two regions.

    The successful candidate will have the ability to work cross-functionally with the demand generation, field marketing, product marketing, and partner marketing teams, working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously while consistently meeting deadlines.

    ** Duties and Responsibilities**

    • Collaborate with field marketing managers to execute marketing plans to reach audiences through targeted channels
    • Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure that field marketing activity runs smoothly.
    • Build lists using targeting & segmentation. Enrich and cleanse lists for import.
    • Assist with the creation of e-mail campaigns via the marketing automation tool (Marketo).
    • Project manage execution for field marketing events.
    • Developing and running nurture campaigns for local field marketing activity.
    • Work closely with digital, creative, and marketing operations partners on project requests.
    • Track promotional materials inventory and order them as needed.
    • Assist with preparing and disseminating internal marketing communications to sales teams and company as a whole about the availability of marketing assets, marketing activities and results.
    • Ensure timely distribution of leads to sales and enable lead follow-up by inside sales.
    • Prepare post event marketing reports for distribution to the sales teams.
    • Assist with administrative activities – requesting POs, tracking invoices, managing expenses, and updating budget files.
    • Other duties as assigned to support the Central and East field marketing managers.

    Salary range: $60,000/yr - $80,000/yr - Full-time employment

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or communications.
    • 3-5 years of experience in marketing.
    • Experience of planning and executing campaigns independently.
    • Strong organization, project management,and time management skills.
    • Results driven, with a superior attention to detail.
    • Creative mindset and unafraid to share new ideas.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
    • Good knowledge of using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Familiarity with Marketo and Salesforce.com is a plus.
    • ABM experience is a plus.
