    Job Description

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • The position is based in San Francisco and will report to the Global Head of Finance.
    • Responsible for preparing and reviewing the financial, accounting and compliance functions of the Company's subsidiaries around the world according to US GAAP.
    • Design, implement and manage global processes for the accounting of license revenue according to ASC 606.
    • Perform month-end close processes, including contract review and preparing/posting journal entries.
    • Provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis.
    • Ensure all intercompany agreements are in place to support intercompany transactions according to US GAAP.
    • Define, implement and monitor internal control policies, procedures and protocol for international operations.
    • Work closely with internal and external tax specialists in the development of appropriate tax strategies and preparation of relevant tax return filings, including transfer pricing.
    • Implement appropriate international accounting standards and understand accounting differences between US GAAP and IFRS.
    • Serve as point person of contact for country specific audits with external auditors.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE We require:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration with specialization in Finance.
    • 5 years’ experience as Financial Accountant with exposure to US and international GAAPs.
    • 3 years’ experience coordinating international audits.
