    Deno’s Mountain Bistro (denoswp.com) in Winter Park, CO is seeking a full-time experienced Line Cook to join our team.

    Deno’s Mountain Bistro is Winter Park's Favorite Watering-Hole and the perfect spot after a day of skiing, to enjoy a nice hot meal. We are an upscale-casual American bistro with a huge wine list & beers galore, plus an upstairs sports bar.

    The ideal applicant is skilled at maintaining a calm demeanor under pressure, values teamwork, and works well with others. Your potential for growth is strong.

    Position:

    • Line Cook

    Compensation:

    • $20.00-25.00 hourly ($800+ weekly average)
    • 3% kitchen livable wage supplement
    • Paid bi-weekly
    • Bonus pay (10% incentive profit-based bonus)

    Schedule requirements:

    • 40 hours weekly
    • 5 days a week
    • Hours change based on the season.

    Language requirements:

    • None

    Desired experience:

    • 2 years of previous experience in a similar role in an upscale casual restaurant
    • 2 years sauté and ordering experience
    • High volume experience
    • Ordering & receiving, inventory
    • Food safety knowledge (ServeSafe certification)
    • Staff training & motivation
    • Managing 5-10 people
