Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven independent dental product sales representatives to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in selling dental products or experience in dentistry with local relationships with potential end users. We are an authorized distributor of digital dental technology, equipment, instrumentation, and are adding to our growing footprint regularly. Please be aware, this is a commission only role. Those that are wanting to trade time for a salary should look elsewhere, we pay well for results.

Responsibilities:

• Consult with dentists and dental laboratories to understand their needs and recommend appropriate dental products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Execute sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest dental products, technologies, and industry trends.
• Attend networking events to generate new business opportunities.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in sales and/or dental industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Understanding of the dental industry and knowledge of dental terminology.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
