    Job Description

    THE DENTAL IMPLANT CENTRE IS SEEKING A DENTAL IMPLANT SALES COORDINATOR TO JOIN A GROWING DENTAL PRACTICE IN THE CHARLESTON, SC AREA. THIS IS A TREMENDOUS OPPORTUNITY TO HELP CHANGE PEOPLE’S LIVES AND BE IN CONTROL OF YOUR EARNING POTENTIAL - SALARY PLUS COMMISSION!

    *DENTAL EXPERIENCE NOT NECESSARY. *

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    · Meeting with potential patients to discuss a multitude of dental implant procedures and techniques

    · Assisting potential patients in the decision-making process

    · Entering a complete Treatment plan while in the implant consultation with the patient and surgeon

    · Schedule surgery for the patient and coordinate with Anesthesia, the lab and surgeon’s schedule

    · Ensure all medical clearance for surgery is received prior to the patients scheduled surgery date

    · Organize, market and host monthly Dental Implant Educational Seminars for patients

    · Develop and maintain relationships with potential and current implant patients, ensuring a smooth transition between consultation and treatment

    · Assist the patient in applying for financing

    · Maintaining records of completed transactions and patients

    · Manage follow up process by reaching out to potential patients who have already expressed an interest in implants to help educate them on the process, identify where they are in their decision-making process, and/or follow up on patients who may have delayed treatment

    · Answer inbound phone calls from potential implant patients

    · Answer inbound online chats (Facebook, website. Etc.) from potential implant patients

    · Make outbound calls to potential implant patients gathered from SEO and other online lead generation methods (warm calling)

    · Schedule and manage all dental implant consultations

    · Operate advanced imaging machinery such as a CBCT

    · Assist with the implant marketing and overall branding of the practice

    · Occasional travel for training purposes may be required

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    · Excellent sales and negotiation skills (3-5 years) – medical sales preferred

    · Excellent organizational skills

    · Strong communication and rapport building skills

    · Elite listening and problem-solving skills

    · Self-motivation, drive, and initiative

    · Outgoing and confident

    · Ability to establish immediate rapport with prospective patients
